ABOUT THE EVENT
Have you ever wondered how performing for babies differs from performing for adults? This special workshop explores that difference through the art of Baby Theatre, led by Thai pioneer Ladda Kongdach. Drawing from her extensive experience, Ladda will guide participants through movement-based practices tailored for performances with very young audiences.
This workshop focuses on two main themes:
Un-forming the Body – Discover how to release habitual physical patterns and create more natural, expressive movement.
Body-to-Body Dialogue – Learn how to communicate physically, not just with fellow performers, but with space, objects, and most importantly, with babies—our youngest and most responsive audience.
This workshop is open to anyone curious about Baby Theatre, including performers, educators, and those interested in movement and physical expression. No previous acting experience is required. If you have a child under 2 years old, you are welcome to bring them along.
