ABOUT THE EVENT
Butoh, the "dance of darkness," originated in post-war Japan as part of the postmodernist movement, featuring white-painted dancers expressing extreme emotions and movements through slow, controlled contortions deeply connected to the essence of existence.
In this workshop led by Sineenadh Keitprapai from Crescent Moon Theatre, participants will explore butoh techniques, transforming their bodies into various modes of being, fostering creative body movement without the requirement of a dance background.
