Jazz Night: The B-Side brings together music from the Baroque period, twentieth-century composers, and popular songs, inviting the audience to listen beyond categories, styles, and expectations!
Rather than focusing on the most iconic works, this program explores pieces that reveal the quieter, more reflective sides of composers and traditions.
From sacred contemplation and refined chamber music to folk-inspired melodies and modern love songs, the concert traces how composers across centuries have expressed faith, memory, identity, and affection in different musical languages, yet with a shared emotional core. By placing Baroque music alongside The Beach Boys, The Beatles, and Billie Eilish, The B-Side suggests that meaningful expression often lives not in the spotlight, but in the subtle and personal spaces of music. This program invites the audience to “turn the record over” and discover beauty on the other side.
