ABOUT THE EVENT
For the first time at PoA White Box, PoA welcomes Julia Dyck, a Canadian artist and hypnotherapist based in Belgium. Her sessions combine performance, sound, and therapeutic techniques, using voice, electronics, resonant instruments, and guided trance states to lead participants through a subconscious journey.
As the solstice approaches, this group hypnosis session offers a shared space for slowing down, releasing, and reorienting. Blending hypnotherapy with voice, electronics, and resonant instruments, the session guides participants into gentle altered states where perception softens and the subconscious becomes easier to access.
This solstice edition centres on cyclical time, deep listening, and collective renewal. Participants are invited to explore imagery of shedding the old year, clarifying intentions, and opening toward new light, a moment to pause, reset, and attune at the turning point of the season.
