Tien from Kundalini Yoga Thailand presents a special workshop on a peaceful Sunday morning. This session invites you to explore and practice techniques that awaken the joy of being alive. The sessions will focus on concepts such as awe and gratitude, engaging in heart-opening breathing techniques, rhythmic movements, joyful dance, a series of kriyas for harmonious connections, mantra chanting, deep relaxation with gong healing, and meditation.
Everyone is welcome to participate in this community celebration, which marks one year of our KY's community service and collaboration with PoA!
