ABOUT THE EVENT
Saunagus is a unique Scandinavian sauna tradition that has become one of the most popular wellness experiences across Denmark and Northern Europe.
Led by a trained sauna master, each session combines carefully selected essential oils, music, storytelling, and the rhythmic movement of hot air using towels or fans. As the temperature rises in waves, participants are guided through a shared experience that engages the senses and encourages a deeper connection between body and mind.
Henrik has spent years sharing the art of Saunagus throughout Denmark and internationally, bringing authentic Nordic sauna culture to audiences around the world. Following a sold-out event at Dip earlier this year, he returns for two special sessions, each offering a distinctly different atmosphere.
