ABOUT THE EVENT
Soultimate & Dip Onsen presents 'Sculpt & Sound,' a full-body reset facilitated by founder Pinky P Boon and designed to strengthen, release, and restore balance, in collaboration with Dip Onsen!
The experience begins with an energising sculpt session to build heat, activate circulation, and awaken the body. From there, you’re guided into an immersive sound journey that slows the system down, regulating the nervous system and inviting deep internal balance. Move between the sauna and cold pool to further release tension and reset both body and mind. The session closes with grounding frequencies from crystal and Tibetan bowls, creating space for stillness, clarity, and rest.
