ABOUT THE EVENT
Solar Dance is a creative wellness activity encouraging participants to celebrate music, movement, and connection with no need for drugs or alcohol. This activity combines ecstatic dance, cacao ceremony, self expression workshop, and hypnotic journey.
Cacao is the plant used to make chocolate. It is filled with antioxidants and is considered a superfood. Cacao ceremonies originated in Aztec and Mayan cultures as holistic healing practices. These healing ceremonies work to open the heart and regain health.
Ecstatic dance allows participants to dance, move, stretch, and express themselves to the rhythm of the music. There will be no talking during the dance, offering a meditative and explorative experience for dancers.
