This edition focuses on relaxed confidence and real human connection through a blend of guided movement, music, simple breathwork, and thoughtfully designed social exercises. Set to a curated musical journey, Solar Dance is social, grounding, and quietly transformative—a non-judgmental space to enjoy being present, whether arriving solo or with friends. *The yoga class begins at 10:00am sharp and has limited capacity, so early arrival is recommended. **The add-on includes access to Dip Onsen and is available only with the combined ticket.
