Start your weekend with intention—feeling grounded, alive, and fully yourself. Solar is a unique morning experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, clear your mind, and open your heart through music, movement, and meaningful connection.
Founded by David Bailey, Solar was created as a space where people can show up authentically, without pressure or pretense. Inspired by his own journey overcoming social anxiety through dance and self-expression, David offers a setting where anyone—regardless of background or experience—can feel safe to be themselves and connect with others in a real, joyful way.
Each session includes a heart-opening cacao ceremony, guided breathwork, ecstatic dance, playful connection games, and a closing meditation to help you land in stillness. It’s not about being a “dancer” or “spiritual” person—it’s about being human, curious, and present.
