Somatic Sound & Reiki Healing is a guided deep-relaxation session led by Rayhab and Priyanka Sehgal, combining somatic awareness, sound healing, Reiki, and breathwork. The experience supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep rest. The session begins with somatic release, inviting participants to tune into the body’s innate intelligence, gently noticing areas of tension and allowing the body to unwind in a safe, supported space. This flows into an extended sound bath with Reiki infusion, guided by Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and gong. Reiki is offered throughout the session, complemented by subtle aromatherapy to support deep restoration and inner balance. The experience closes with cooling breathwork, a gentle rhythmic practice to stabilise energy and return participants to a calm, balanced state. Suitable for anyone seeking rest, grounding, and reconnection with the body.
