This is the first time in Bangkok, Aman Wellness Space presents a calming blend of practices that include Sufi-inspired Breathwork (Anfas), heart-opening Sufi Meditation (Murakbah), and a deep Sacred Sound Bath using Tibetan bowls, Crystal bowls, and Gong vibrations. The session is an inclusive space for all seekers to relax, release, and reconnect within.
