Areena of Soulful Healing Journey presents a heart-opening workshop explores the experience of receiving love, care, and emotional safety. Designed for those who have learned to overgive, stay small, or remain emotionally guarded, the session uses rose medicine, sound healing, hypnotherapy, and somatic and relational practices to gently shift long-held patterns in love.
