ABOUT THE EVENT
People of Ari presents an experimental sound evening where nature and technology intersect, set within a multi-purpose space surrounded by nature in the heart of Bangkok. Held in the reflective period between holidays and the new year, White Box Soundscape: Organic Signals is an experimental sound event that explores nature as signal, not as scenery, but as something encoded, transmitted, and embodied through sound (and the beings manipulating them).
The night features Liew Niyomkarn, whose work transforms acoustic string instruments into evolving harmonic systems; Mirian Kolev, who blends environmental recordings, electronics, and live plants into reactive sound compositions; and Beam Wong (Theerapat Wongpaisarnkit), a Bangkok-based artist whose cross-disciplinary practice draws on sound, media, and sociopolitical narratives.
