This community-based dance performance is a remarkable collaboration between two talented artists, Bangkok-based Ong Nitipat Polchai and Portuguese choreographer Teresa Manjua.
Nitipat Ong Polchai is the founder of the life art curatorial group, Spine Party Movement. Deeply involved in the community art scene, Nitipat's work explores the spiritual and therapeutic aspects of art and his work has been frequently featured in various countries across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Teresa Manjua is a prominent choreographer and artistic director based in Portugal. With gracious sponsorship from the Portuguese government, Teresa is currently taking the lead in an international project to collaborate with various dance groups in Southeast Asia, fostering cultural exchange and artistic connections.
Joining forces, Nitipat and Teresa strive to establish inclusive social spaces that welcome diversity and encourage heartfelt interactions with the Bangkok performers and audience. This endeavor takes place in the enchanting and vibrant garden setting of Yellow Lane Cafe.
