Ari Weekend Market #2 took place on 26-27 March 2022 at Yellow Lane. By connecting visitors with local vendors within Ari neighbourhood and surrounds, the weekend market community continued to grow.
For this second edition, food vendors presented international dishes made from organic ingredients. This included Thai Northern food (Toumsri), Latin American cuisine (Cuban by Casa Panza BKK and Venezuelan by Funky BKK), and vegan Indian (Saptha). The market also hosted vendors such as Omylk, Bicogurt, Pushers, Pure Remedy, Nine Pastry. Radical Grandma Collective also joined; they fund groups of women from Northeast Thailand for the restoration of their community, environment, and human rights. Market activities include art workshops, yoga and sound bowl session, as well as “Impact Circle” (an open group discussion about sustainability).
Ari Weekend Market is a monthly market hosted in the garden of Yellow Lane. It was created in collaboration with Happy Grocers and People of Ari.
