GUIDED MEDITATION FOR STRESS RELEASE


Every Monday evening from September to October at PoA White Box, Yellow Lane, our dynamic group meditation sessions, led by the experienced facilitator David, offered a personalised journey to relaxation and inner exploration. Tailored to attendees' goals and symbols, these sessions provided a fast track to rejuvenation.


Participants discovered the profound effects of deep relaxation, gaining mental clarity and emotional equilibrium. The supportive environment fostered connections with like-minded individuals, enhancing the transformative experience.


David, with a rich background from training with meditation teachers worldwide, brought a pragmatic and practical approach to the sessions. From the Mahasi Meditation Centre in Myanmar to TED talk speakers and shamans in the Amazon jungle, his diverse experiences enriched the meditation practice.
